Lastly, Jesus tells the Pharisees that their punishment will be greater because they suppressed the truth. If so, why, is all unbelieving are going to be destroyed anyway.
People are trying to tell me that Mary the sister of Martha and Mary Magdalene are the same person. I could not find any verification of this in the Bible and was wondering your opinion. I cannot see how they could be the same person & the Bible not mention it.

I have read the book of Revelation several times and I always wonder two things I was hoping you could answer. (1) What things in Revelation are to be taken literally if any? (2) Is the time of Christ's return really as close as a lot of people say it is? (3) I know that nobody knows the time or day or anything but some of the signs are coming true aren't they? Like that whole things with Israel reuniting and conflict to rising between them and pretty much everyone else. If you could provide some answers to these questions that would be much appreciated.
In 1 King 19, it talks about the still small voice (verse 11). Is it possible to hear one today? If so, how would one know that they have heard one? I know that God does not allow Satan to enter our minds and knock our emotions, so how would I know if what I though or hear is from the Lord and not from the Devil? I also understand that the Devil can whisper into your ear, so how would I discern whether what I hear or think is from God or Satan? Please supply bible texts and anything from Ellen White. Is it true that if you don't speak in tongues, you aren't a Christian? I have this friend who tell me I'm not because I don't have the I don't speak in tongues, I was just wondering.
